Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Healing Resources

Dr. Eileen Kenny
Hands down the best kinesiologist I've ever met. She has helped me with numerous issues, allergies, adrenal fatigue, and keeping me healthy and tuned up with just the right supplements that my body needs. Los Angeles/Pasadena area.
One of the most central parts of my spiritual development process has been emotional healing. I don't have a lot to write about this at the moment, but wanted to make available some of the most significant emotional healing resources I have found to date:
Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy ("ID Work")
Access to disowned aspects of your psyche that protected you in a time of need but then cause problems later on down the line. Work is in Los Angeles and remotely via Zoom.
Open sessions are $25 and occur every Tuesday 7P-10P via Zoom and the first Saturday of the month at 10AM via Zoom.
Emotional Release Body Work
Not only do emotions get repressed and stuck in your subconscious psyche, they also get stuck in your body, in your muscles. I can't recommend Jason Ravel highly enough in helping you access and release emotions stuck in your body.
Consciously Connected Relationships Program
This is a relationship healing program centered around ID work. It's been profound for me. A very safe space and a wise leader, Anarah. (http://anarah.com/). It's one evening a week, 2.5 hours over Zoom, $25 per week, for 3 months.
There's an open house Thursday, June 11th, 7P-8:30P.

A Course In Miracles
Absolutely life transformative. A mind training course in forgiveness. Focusing on ego dissolution, much in the same way Zen training aims at enlightenment.
University of Santa Monica
Where I got my degree in Spiritual Psychology. I highly respect the teachers, Ron and Mary. They are filled with light and wisdom. Teachings, centering around forgiveness, are very in line with A Course In Miracles.
